If no ear wax is present and removal is not needed, we will use your appointment time to carry out a special test to assess middle ear function and check for any fluid or congestion that might be causing your “blocked up” feeling. Please note that the appointment fee remains applicable, as it covers the audiologist’s time and expertise.
