We kindly request that you provide notice as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Since the appointment fee covers the audiologist’s dedicated time reserved for you, missed or late cancellations are non-refundable if you booked and paid over the phone. However, if you booked online, no payment is taken at the time of booking, and therefore no charge will apply.
