Nelani Siva is a highly experienced Senior Clinical Audiologist with over 18 years of clinical experience across both the NHS and private sector.
Expertise
Throughout her career, Nelani has worked in leading clinical environments including Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and private practices, gaining extensive expertise in diagnostic audiology, hearing therapy, vestibular audiology, paediatric audiology and hearing aid technology. She is experienced in fitting a wide range of advanced hearing devices, including the renowned invisible Lyric hearing aids, and provides the latest treatments such as the Lenire device for the treatment of tinnitus.
Alongside her clinical work, Nelani has held senior leadership and managerial roles, leading service development and implementing new clinical protocols that contributed to the growth of highly successful and award-winning audiology services. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care and has contributed to the field through published articles and clinical research.
Special Interests
She specialises in the assessment and management of tinnitus, hyperacusis and complex hearing-related disorders, and has a particular interest in advanced hearing instrument technology and modern hearing rehabilitation.
Nelani graduated as an audiologist from the University of Manchester and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the AHCS – Academy of Healthcare Science as a Clinical Physiologist. Her aim is to provide personalised, expert care that helps patients improve their hearing, confidence and overall quality of life.
