Whether you’re a musician, work in noisy environments, or just want to protect your hearing, this video is tailored for you!
Alternatively, follow the text version:
1. Clean Your Hands and Earplugs
Wash your hands thoroughly. If your plugs are dirty, clean them with a damp cloth or warm, soapy water. Do not get the filters wet. Let dry fully.
2. Identify the Correct Plug for Each Ear
Check the colour of the text on your earplugs to ensure you’re using the correct plug for each side.
3. Insert the Earplugs
• Use right hand for right plug, left for left.
• Hold the thick end with thumb and index finger, logo facing out.
• Gently guide the tapered end into the ear canal at a slight forward angle.
• Press lightly until snug.
• If needed, use a small amount of comfort cream.
4. Adjust for Comfort
Plugs should feel secure, not painful. Rotate or reposition slightly if needed.
5. Remove the Earplugs
Grip gently and twist slowly while pulling out with thumb and finger. Do not remove forcefully.
6. Clean and Store the Earplugs
Clean your plugs after each use with alcohol wipes and do not get filters wet. Store the plugs in the provided case to keep them safe and hygienic.
