Assistive hearing technology: An Infrared assisted hearing system is available in the Main Space and Studio Theatre. These connect to Sennheiser headsets. Variable seating structure means it is best to contact the venue to determine the best seating for each event.

Access Rates: A complimentary ticket for personal assistance and support workers can be provided.

How do I use it?: If you do not have a Loop Programme or do not use hearing aids, request a headset from the Box Office.

If you wear hearing aids and have a Loop Programme, request a hearing aid neckloop and change your hearing aid to the Loop Programme.
