Assistive hearing technology: A new assistive listening technology Auracast provides full auditorium coverage. Auracast receivers can be collected from the cloakroom before the performance and are supplied with headphones or a personal induction loop. (Check with your audiologist for hearing aid specific guidance as you can connect instantly via your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings.)
A credit card or driving licence will be requested as a deposit to be exchanged for the return of the device at the end of the performance.
Access Rates: Access rates are dependent on the show. Contact theatre for more details.
How do I use it?: If your hearing aids have Auracast enabled, then select the Theatre Stream from your Auracast Stream Options within your hearing aid app. If your hearing aids are not Auracast ready, then request a headset from the Box Office.
British Sign Language (BSL): A qualified interpreter will be positioned clearly on stage to interpret the spoken and audible elements of the performance.
