Access Rates: Join the theatre’s access scheme to receive access rate information.

How do I use it?: Download the Sennheiser MobileConnect app onto your phone from the App Store (on iPhones) or the Play Store (on android phones) before attending the theatre. Use your own headphones or Bluetooth enabled hearing aids or cochlear implant to hear the audio.

To connect to the audio at the theatre, either:

• Select a channel from the list
• Enter a channel IS
• Scan the QR code displayed in the room

Use the personal hearing assistant within the app to adjust the audio as required.
