Assistive hearing technology: An Infrared hearing assistance system is available in the auditorium, with receivers that can be collected from the venue reception on the South Concourse. A refundable deposit is required for security. Choose from the below seats to access the hearing loop:

• In sections N4 to N12 and S4 to S12, full rows A to H
• In sections N3 to N9 and S3 to S9, full rows J to R
• Section E3, full rows A to O
• Section E4, full rows J to O

Access Rates: A complimentary personal assistant ticket is available for access patrons.

How do I use it?: If you do not have a Loop Programme or do not use hearing aids, request a headset from the Box Office.

If you wear hearing aids and have a Loop Programme, request a hearing aid neckloop and change your hearing aid to the Loop Programme.
