1. Your assessment
At your 90 minute appointment one of the UK’s top Lyric specialist audiologists will:
- Assess your ear health
- Remove any ear wax by microsuction
- Test your hearing to determine any hearing loss
- Create your bespoke audiological profile
If Lyric is suitable for you, your audiologist will arrange a fitting appointment to suit your schedule.
2. Your Lyric fitting
At your 60 minute appointment your audiologist will:
- Measure your ear canal for the correct Lyric size
- Your Lyric hearing aids will be fitted in your ear canal
- Teach you how to control the volume and toggle the power
Your 30-day risk-free trial begins.
3. Your progress appointments
The opportunity to feedback any questions you may have and your Lyric audiologist will make any adjustments to suit.
Your progress appointments continue until you are completely happy with your Lyric hearing aids.
4. After your 30 day trial
Once you are happy with your Lyric, we will ask you to sign a 12-month contract for a monthly cost of £250 for a pair (or £125 for one ear), which can be paid in full or by direct debit.
Should you prefer to try alternative hearing aids we supply technology from all the major UK manufacturers.

5. Your Lyric replacements
Your Lyric hearing aids have an in-built battery which needs to be replaced every 2-3 months, so just call us to come in for a 30-minute appointment.
Your Lyrics will never age like traditional hearing aids. With your replacements, you will immediately benefit from any technological improvements and can keep up with the latest advances as they happen.
6. Your annual complimentary reviews
Our hearing aid users are patients for life. We contact you every year for your 60 minute hearing review where we will:
- Examine your ears and remove any wax by microsuction
- Retest your hearing to check for any changes
- Test and adjust your hearing aids to optimise your audiological profile
- Renew your contract if required
- Update you on any new hearing technology
