Florence is one of our assistant practice managers. She worked as a teaching assistant at her local primary school before moving into a healthcare setting where she helped with the roll out of vaccinations against Covid 19. Florence loves working in a busy working environment and prides herself on her excellent customer service and understands the importance of making every client feel welcome and understood.

Tiffany Thorpe

Tiffany brings with her over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where she excelled as a manager. Her genuine passion lies in assisting people whenever the opportunity arises. With a musical background, Tiffany possesses a deep understanding of the significance of hearing health and the protection of our ears. She has personally grappled with tinnitus and various balance challenges, which has given her a unique empathy for our clients’ needs and a strong commitment to supporting our audiologists in meeting those needs.

Steph Birt

Steph Birt Practice Assistant

Steph joined Harley Street Hearing in 2022, after taking 4 years out of the corporate workplace to take care of her three children, two of them being twins! She takes high pride in providing the best customer service and working as part of a team. Harley Street Hearing proved a welcome new venture into the clinical working environment, after previously working as an Assistant Manager in car rental for fourteen years. Steph currently supports our wonderful admin team and Musicians’ Hearing Health Scheme.

Taiye Bada

Taiye has a long history within the health care sector, working with NHS 111 and also complex needs children. She has a BA degree in Business management entrepreneurship, and is the proud mother to a beautiful little girl.  Taiye has an empathetic nature and prides herself on knowing that her actions could make a positive impact on someone’s day.

Zoe Plant

Zoe has worked in the customer service space for over 10 years in a variety of industries. She understands the importance of attentive and personalised care for all patients. She goes above and beyond for the patients she assists, and approaches all patients with empathy and compassion. She enjoys working in a busy environment and on such a collaborative team. Zoe will often be the friendly voice you speak to when you call the clinic – listen for the Canadian accent!

Chloe Roberts

Chloe has worked in the Audiology industry for 9 years, working as a Front of House Receptionist and Clinic Administrator for private healthcare providers. She understands the importance of ear care and prides herself on encouraging those with hearing loss to seek help. She thrives in a busy environment, often juggling patient queries and triaging. On a personal note, she is a qualified Masseuse and Beauty Therapist, loves cooking and is a self confessed crazy cat lady who often volunteers at her local rescue centre.

Angela Smart

Angela has worked in customer service across a variety of industries, from banking to hospitality, where she developed a passion for helping and supporting people. Most recently she has worked for a healthcare and wellness business, where she led the administration team in providing excellent customer service to their patients. Angela has developed the specific skill set required for the healthcare sector and recognises the deep importance of looking after one’s physical and emotional needs.

Nadia Duggan

Originally from Australia, Nadia comes with over 10 years experience from the hotel industry where she honed her customer service skills and flourished in delighting and helping others. Nadia is known for her calm and collected demeanour, ensuring that everyone she comes across will feel at ease and supported. During her time away from work Nadia enjoys cooking, live music and travelling.

Louis brings with him over five years of teaching experience which drives his desire to ensure a helpful and welcoming environment from start to finish for customers. He enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that prides itself on its high standards and will always looks to help customers feel understood and taken care of.

Katie Blackmore

Practice Assistant Katie

Katie has been immersed in customer service within the banking industry for over a decade, where she has honed her commitment to delivering 5 star experiences with each interaction. Having served in various locations across London, she has fostered genuine connections with a wide range of clients while helping find the right solutions for them. Beyond her professional realm, Katie enjoys staying active walking her dogs and playing rugby matches for her local women’s team.
